Cancellation Policy – Hotel Arenal by Regina

At Hotel Arenal by Regina, we understand that travel plans may change. For this reason, we offer the following cancellation policy:

1. Flexible Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations made after this period will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

2. Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the arrival date will be charged one night of accommodation.

3. No-Show

In the event that the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, 100% of the total stay will be charged.
The reservation will be automatically cancelled after the first night.

4. Early Departure

If the guest decides to check out before the scheduled departure date, no refunds will be issued for unused nights.

5. High Season & Special Dates

During high season, national holidays, Easter Week, Christmas, and New Year’s, special cancellation conditions may apply:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival.

  • Cancellations outside this period may incur a charge of up to 100% of the total reservation amount.

6. Reservation Modifications

Any reservation changes are subject to availability and possible rate adjustments.
We recommend requesting modifications as early as possible.

7. Refunds

When applicable, refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
